The Four ‘W’s Of Christ’s Crucifixion
Page 6

Where Did Satan’s Children Crucify Jesus?

Revelation 11:8-And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

Here, we have a play on words, because we know that Jesus Christ was not crucified in Sodom or in Egypt for that matter. He was crucified in the Holy City of Jerusalem on Passover day. Lets stay with the witness of the written Word and document that the Passover feast was a festival that was observed by law in Jerusalem every year.

Luke 2:41-42-Now, His parents went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of the Passover. And when He was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast. And when they had fulfilled the days, as they returned, the Child Jesus tarried behind in Jerusalem; and Joseph and His mother knew not of it.

The word ‘custom’ in Greek means, "prescribed by law." (Strong’s #1485)

Here, Joseph and Mary followed the Jewish custom and observed the Passover feast in Jerusalem every year as prescribed by the law. Now that we have established Jerusalem as the place of worship on Passover, our work as prosecutors is far from over. Now we must also provide evidence that will place Jesus in Jerusalem, to established the location where the crime took place.

Matthew 26:1-2-And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these saying, He said unto His disciples. Ye know that after two days is the feast of the Passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified.

Two days prior to the Passover feast, the scripture clearly show that Jesus was in Jerusalem. He used that time alone with His disciples to prophesy to them concerning His death by crucifixion.

Matthew 26:17-Now the first day of the unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus saying unto Him, Where wilt Thou that we prepare for Thee to eat the Passover?

Two days later, on the day of Passover, the disciples asked Jesus to choose a place for them to go and prepare the Passover supper. According to the courts transcript, Jesus was in Jerusalem for the Passover feast. Therefore, the Holy City was indeed the place where He was murdered.

Fellow Christians of the jury, in my closing augment, I pray that you will prayerfully weigh the mountain of evidence that has been presented to you with an open mind. If after great deliberation you find yourself at a crossroad in deciding on the correct verdict, then the testimony of Jesus Christ should always carry the day. On that note, the prosecution rests its case in the murder trial of Jesus Christ.
